  • Guaranteed Income – We pay technicians on an hourly basis – we do NOT offer commission.  Income is based on monies generated as well as other areas that are important to Management.

 

  • Benefit Package – We offer full time employees a pre-taxable benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as an IRA retirement plan with a company match, substantial discounts on services and products and paid vacation.

 

  • Continuing Education – We provide a comprehensive, formal continuing education program for all technicians.

  • Commitment to Success – As a technician, you will be required to take our educational classes in order to continually improve your skills, both technical and personal. In addition, as a condition of employment, you may be required to sign a Training Agreement detailing the terms of the education we provide and what is expected of you should you leave the Total Look.

 

  • Professionalism – As we are committed to ensuring your success and building your book, we expect you to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Therefore, as a condition of employment, we also require you to sign a Non-Compete Agreement detailing what practices are and are not acceptable in the event you leave our employment.  We also encourage you to actively recruit clients for yourself. We provide many marketing opportunities.

 

  • Drug Free Workplace – The Total Look is a Drug Free Workplace and all employees are required to take, drug and alcohol test and receive a negative use report.
